BOLT UP! · TOWER JUMP
Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
By playing Bolt Up! you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
1. The licence
Bolt Up! is free to play. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and play it on devices you control. You may not sell it, redistribute modified copies, or pull it apart to republish its art or code.
2. Your account
An anonymous account is created for you on first launch, and you choose a display name when you start. You are responsible for the device that holds the account. Your name is shown publicly on the leaderboard, so do not put anything in it you would not want strangers to read. A name can be changed once every 30 days. We may remove or reset a name that is abusive, impersonates somebody, or is designed to mislead.
3. Fair play
Submitted heights are checked on our server, and values that are missing, negative or impossibly large are refused. We may remove from the leaderboard any score we believe was not achieved by playing. Repeatedly submitting fabricated scores, or interfering with the game's servers, may result in losing access to the leaderboard or to the account.
4. Purchases and ads
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play, and Google's refund policy applies. Bolts, keys and robots are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Ads are rewarded only and always optional; watching one is never required to continue playing.
5. Availability
The game is provided as it is. Features may change, and online features (the leaderboard and cloud save) may be unavailable at times. The game itself remains playable offline. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wissam Hawchar, the developer of Bolt Up!, is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
7. Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the game. We may suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of section 3.
