Help and contact
A real person reads this mailbox. Include your phone model and Android version and you will get a much better answer.
My progress disappeared after I changed phone.
Progress is tied to the anonymous account created on your old device. Sign in to Google Play Games on BOTH phones (in Settings it should say GOOGLE ACCOUNT LINKED) and the same account follows you across them. Without that link, a new install starts a new account. We cannot move an account for you by its display name, because a name does not prove who owns it, and we hold no email to check.
I bought a pack and did not get it.
Open the game while online and it will re-check with Google Play and grant anything outstanding. A purchase is never lost: every token Google issues is recorded, so a pack can be granted exactly once and no more. If it still has not arrived after a minute online, email us with the Google Play order id.
How do I delete my data?
In the game, Settings → Delete account, then YES, DELETE IT. The steps are also on the delete page linked below. It removes your progress, display name, leaderboard entry and the account itself, immediately and permanently.
Are there forced ads?
No. Every ad in Bolt Up! is a rewarded one you choose to watch, for a revive, extra bolts, progress towards a robot or a Bolt Lab discount. There are no banners and nothing interrupts a run.
The game is stuck on the loading screen.
Force-close it and open it again. If it keeps happening, tell us your exact phone model and Android version. That detail is the whole difference between a report we can act on and one we cannot.
Can I change my display name?
Yes, from the game, once every 30 days. Names are letters, digits and underscore, 3 to 16 characters, and each one can only be held by one player at a time.
Who makes this
Bolt Up! is made by Wissam Hawchar, an independent developer. The game is built in Godot, and apart from the app icon and the splash screen, every pixel of it is drawn in code.
