Delete your account
You can do this yourself, in the game, in about ten seconds. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
From inside the game
- Open Bolt Up!
- Tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings
- Scroll to Delete account
- Tap Yes, delete it
What is deleted
- your saved progress: height, bolts, keys, level, robots, upgrades
- your display name, which is released for anyone else to take
- your entry on the public leaderboard
- the record of the days you played
- any Google Play Games link
- the anonymous account itself
What is kept, and why
The purchase token Google issued for any pack you bought is kept, because it is what stops the same purchase being granted twice. It is unlinked from you at deletion and can no longer be traced back to an account or a person. Nothing else survives.
If you have already uninstalled
Reinstall, link Google Play Games if you had linked it before, and the delete option will act on that same account. If you never linked Play Games we genuinely cannot find your old account for you. It carries no name, no email and no phone number, so there is nothing to search by. It is unreachable from our side and holds nothing that identifies you.
